Abby turned 9 and we headed out west for her awesome adventure. We visited author Laura Ingall's homestead, Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Monument. It was a very good time. The trip home was another adventure as there was severe flooding as we approached the Mississippi river. But we made it back to Tennessee without any problems.
