Beef Taco Skillet









I've had this recipe a long time and finally decided to make it. It is quite simple and tasty.

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 c. chunky salsa or Picante Sauce
1 1/2 c. water
8 (6") tortillas, cut into 1" pieces
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook beef in skillet unil browned; pour off fat. Add soup, salsa, water, tortillas & 1/2 c. cheese; heat to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat 5 min. or until hot. Top with remaining cheese. Yield: 4 servings.
