Chocolate Butter Icing















1/3 c. soft butter
3 c. sifted confectioners’ sugar
3 Tbs. cocoa
3 Tbs. milk
1 ½ tsp. vanilla

Blend butter, sugar and chocolate together. Stir in milk and vanilla until smooth. Makes frosting for two 8 or 9 inch layers or 13X9 oblong.
