4 c. flour
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
½ c. butter
1¾ c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 bag chocolate chips

Mix flour and baking soda. Mix and cream sugar and butter. Beat 3 eggs and add to sugar mixture. Add Ricotta cheese and then flour mixture. Add vanilla, then chips. Bake at 400 degrees 10 to 12 minute
