Ina's Spinach Salad










½ lb. shredded spinach
1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 Tbsp. diced celery
6-8 radishes, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
½ tsp. salt
Dressing:
8 Tbsp. bacon grease
2 Tbsp. sugar
½ c. vinegar
4-5 slices bacon, fried crisp & chopped

Mix salad ingredients in bowl. Combine sugar, vinegar and bacon grease; bring to boil. Add bacon; pour over salad and serve immediately.
